How is the application deployed?
We adapt to your IT and security requirements. Rightime can be hosted securely on our servers (SaaS mode) for instant availability, or it can be deployed On-Premise directly within your company's own infrastructure.
What is your pricing model?
Our pricing is straightforward and depends on your preferred deployment method:

€100 / month for an Administrator license (which allows you to manage and add projects).
Access is 100% free for all Readers viewing the timeline. - On-Premise (Hosted by you)
A one-time license fee of €5,000, plus a €1,000 to €2,000 flat fee for setup, installation, and custom configuration.
Can the interface be customized to match our corporate identity?
Absolutely. Rightime offers advanced customization to ensure a seamless, white-labeled experience. You can integrate your corporate logo, modify background visuals for both the login screen and the timeline, and fully apply your brand's primary and secondary colors.
Is it difficult to populate the timeline with our existing data?
Not at all. The data entry process is designed to be highly intuitive, and manually creating a project card takes about 5 minutes. Furthermore, to guarantee a smooth and rapid onboarding, we support mass imports using your existing spreadsheet files (.csv) to instantly populate your timeline.
